About the Role An established, multi-award-winning boutique agency is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join its high-performing Inner West team.

This hands-on role will see you manage deadlines, keep campaigns moving and provide reliable administrative and marketing support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate property marketing campaigns from briefing through to delivery
- Upload and launch listings across websites and property portals
- Prepare signboards, brochures, direct mail and campaign advertising
- Monitor marketing deadlines and follow up outstanding approvals
- Keep agents informed of deadlines and required actions
- Upload sales contracts through Real Time Agent
- Manage listing administration throughout the sales process
- Process marketing invoices and assist with campaign reconciliation
- Maintain accurate and complete sales database records
- Prepare listing presentations, templates and sales collateral
- Coordinate settlements, client gifts and post-sale activities
- Assist with social media and wider team marketing initiatives
- Improve administrative systems, templates and processes

About You

- Previous real estate administration or property marketing experience
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
- Excellent attention to detail




- Confident managing multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Professional and assertive communication style
- Proactive, accountable and solutions-focused
- Able to work autonomously in a rapid-paced environment
- Strong computer literacy and accurate data-entry skills
- CampaignTrack or similar property marketing software experience preferred
