We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to support business development activities while assisting with the delivery of client events and exhibitions.

This role is ideal for a fresher or early-career professional looking to build experience in sales, marketing, and event operations within a client-servicing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing

- Lead generation and business development activities
- Identifying and contacting prospective clients
- Support preparation of proposals, presentations, and quotations
- Maintain CRM records and client databases
- Assist with marketing activities related to events and exhibitions

Event & Exhibition Operations Support
- Support senior team members in planning and delivering client events
- Assist with coordination of vendors, venues, and suppliers
- Support preparation of event materials and logistics
- Assist during on-site event and exhibition operations as required

Client & Team Coordination
- Communicate with clients under guidance of senior team members
- Coordinate internally with sales,



marketing, and operations teams
- Support post-event follow-ups and reporting

Skills & Experience Required
- Graduate or early-career professional (0–2 years experience)
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, events, or exhibitions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Proficiency in MS Office
