Overview of the role and mission: Ready Kids OT is on a mission to boost educator's confidence so every child feels seen, secure and ready to learn. We're seeking a passionate Paediatric Occupational Therapist who thrives on creativity, initiative, and has a big heart to give.

Responsibilities

- Empower educators – Coach and mentor childcare teams, giving them the skills and confidence to support every child.
n
- Collaborate & Adapt – Work closely with centre leaders and teams, shaping each visit around their needs.
n
- Teach and Inspire – Lead small group workshops and professional development sessions.
n
- Create Practical Resources – Craft handouts, information sheets, and quick-reference visuals that make strategies stick.
n
- Iterate & Improve – Test ideas, gather feedback, and level-up our proven coaching framework alongside our Senior OT.

You'll Thrive If You...

- Hold AHPRA registration with paediatric experience (5+ years preferred). Rock-stars with less, please still apply.
n
- Have top-notch communication skills – whether presenting to educators, coaching a parent, or chatting with a toddler.
n
- Approachable, relationship-driven, and self-motivated.
n
- Live and breathe neuroaffirming, strengths-based practice.
n
- Have a driver's licence.
n
