What You Will Be Doing

n

- Managing and growing a dedicated portfolio of SME clients, acting as their trusted travel expert and primary point of contact.
n
- Building genuine, multi-level relationships with key stakeholders within your client portfolio.
n
- Overseeing your clients' end-to-end travel programs including air, hotel, car hire and ground transportation via Sabre GDS.
n
- Driving retention, growth and profitability across your portfolio through exceptional service and proactive account management.
n
- Handling complex fares, itineraries and ticket exchanges with accuracy and efficiency.
n
- Collaborating with your team to deliver a consistently outstanding experience for every client.
n

What You'll Bring

n

n
- 2+ years experience as a Travel Consultant or Travel Manager.
n
- High level of GDS proficiency, preferably Sabre.
n
- A natural relationship-builder with strong communication and listening skills.
n
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
n




- Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
n
- Sharp business acumen with a drive for sales and service excellence.
