About The Role

As a Home Care Support Worker, you’ll provide personalised, in‑home support to aged care clients, helping them maintain independence and enjoy a high quality of life. No two days are the same - you’ll be out in the community making a genuine impact.

You Will

- Provide person‑centred care tailored to each client’s goals and preferences
- Assist with personal care (e.g. showering, dressing, grooming)
- Support with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and shopping
- Accompany clients to appointments and community activities
- Encourage independence, confidence, and social connection
- Work closely with case managers and families to deliver consistent care




- Maintain accurate and timely documentation

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for compassionate, reliable individuals who genuinely care about supporting older people.

You’ll Have

- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent
- Experience working in home care or aged care
- A caring, respectful, and client‑focused approach
- Robust communication and relationship‑building skills
- A current Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable, insured vehicle
- A valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and a National Police Check
