An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and high-performing Finance & Insurance Business Manager to join the team at Doncaster JLR, part of Autosports Group - one of Australia's largest prestige and luxury automotive retail groups, employing approximately 2,000 people across 85 dealerships nationally.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Prepare and submit recent finance applications
n
- Assist with the settlement of current car purchases
n




- Ensure 100% compliance with relevant financiers and maintain up-to-date accreditation
n
- Continually seek to improve the quality and efficiency of systems and processes
n
- Work closely with other department managers to deliver outstanding customer service and sales outcomes
n
- To be proficient in finance retention
n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in automotive finance within a dealership and a proven track record
n
- Compliance with all financiers
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to seek guidance where necessary
n
- Exceptional attention to detail and a highly professional approach

- The ability to work autonomously
