The business encompasses large-scale farming, innovative solutions, and sustainable farming practices that feed communities and support global supply chains. With a strong legacy and ambitious growth plans, they are seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company into its next era of innovation, productivity, and profitability.

Position Overview

n

As CEO, you will be the strategic and operational leader of the business, responsible for setting vision, driving performance, and building a culture of excellence. Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will oversee all facets of the operation—from farm and supply chain to finance, people, and customer. This role requires a seasoned executive with deep agricultural knowledge, commercial acumen, and proven leadership in large, complex businesses that has an appetite for M&A.;

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Lead the development and execution of the company's long-term strategy, with a focus on sustainable growth and operational efficiency.
n
- Oversee large-scale farming operations, ensuring optimal productivity, quality, and environmental stewardship.
n
- Build and maintain a high-performing executive team and foster a culture of accountability, safety, and innovation.
n
- Drive financial performance, manage capital investments, and ensure profitability across all business units.
n
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, partners, regulators, and the broader agricultural community.
n
- Embrace and implement agri-tech advancements and data-driven decision-making to enhance operational capabilities.
n

Your Background:

n

n
- Proven track record as a CEO, MD, or senior executive in a large agricultural, agri-business, or supply chain-driven setting.
n
- Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or advanced degrees a plus).
n
- In-depth understanding of commercial farming,



agricultural economics, and integrated supply chains.
n
- Strong strategic vision, with the ability to scale operations and navigate complex market dynamics.
n
- Financial acumen and experience managing multi-million dollar budgets.
n
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Passion for sustainability, innovation, and the future of agriculture.
n
