What work will you do?

n

As part of a high-performing legal team, you will:

n
- Support commercial transactions and provide advisory input across various business streams
n
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts suited to operational and project needs
n
- Advise the business on matters relating to construction and planning
n
- Advise the business on technology and privacy law
n
- Engage with senior stakeholders to offer clear, commercial legal advice
n
- Manage general commercial disputes and help mitigate legal risk across business activities
n
- Monitor relevant legislative developments and assist with legal training and knowledge sharing
n
- Contribute to legal and operational process improvements, including system automation where appropriate
n

What type of person will be successful?

n
- Admitted to practise law in Australia or New Zealand
n
- 3–4 years PQE in commercial law (private practice or in-house)
n
- Strong written communication and contract drafting skills
n
- Some exposure to construction law would be desirable
n
- Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
n
- Curious, adaptable, and commercially minded
n
