Position located at Novar Gardens

Key responsibilities:

n

n
- Operational Leadership – Manage transport operations, safety risk management, and fleet maintenance.
n
- Team & Resource Management – Lead and develop staff, ensuring efficient use of key reporting systems and KPIs.
n
- Customer & Business Development – Strengthen relationships with key clients, ensuring high service levels and profitability.
n
- Compliance & Safety - Ensure adherence to NHVR policies, fatigue management, and chain of responsibility legislation.
n
- Continuous Improvement – Contribute to business growth and process improvements.
n

About you:

n

n
- At least five years' experience leading a transport operations team.
n
- Experience in transport/logistics management, ideally with an outsourced logistics provider or a large manufacturing environment.
n
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
n




- Knowledge of industrial relations, compliance regulations, and safety management.
n
- Ability to analyse reports, manage profitability, and drive operational improvements.
n
- Excellent communication and problem‐solving skills.
n
- Intermediate IT proficiency and familiarity with logistics platforms.
n
