Location: Regional Victoria Mornington Peninsula Work Type: Full Time Salary: 65K to 80K

This is an chance to work alongside some of the best within the hospitality industry at a prominent restaurant located in a winery on the picturesque Mornington Peninsula, we are looking for a bright, positive and motivated individual as our Restaurant Manager while working with a team to deliver exceptional service and guest experience standards.

About You

n

- You will demonstrate at least three years experience in similar management role
n
- You will have a very good hospitality business acumen, understanding of rostering, operational costings and team development
n
- You are a dedicated hospitality professional
n
- You will be available to work a variety of shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays
n




- You will be keen to learn and expand on your existing hospitality management knowledge
n
- You will enjoy teamwork and a customer focused environment
n
- Wine knowledge a distinct advantage
n

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate experience in the following and duties will include but are not limited to:

n

n
- Maintaining company standards of service and presentation
n
- Planning and development of seasonal menus, wine matching and special event menus
n
- Maintaining purchasing, stock levels and staffing costs in line with weekly and monthly budgets
n
- Managing and overseeing reservations and customer service in a busy dining room
n
- Managing health and safety requirements and COVID regulations
n
- Participating in recruitment, training and supervising of new staff
n

Qualifications

n

A Diploma of Hospitality or minimum 3 years experience
