Work with some of the most well‐known brands with ASX listed, reputable not‐for‐profit organizations and Top 50 SA companies based in Adelaide with an enviable work culture!

I am currently recruiting multiple payroll positions for 5 different organizations based in Adelaide and city fringe. These Payroll positions are available mostly from backfilling projects and business growth.

- HR & Payroll Analyst | $100k plus Super | City Fringe | Full-time | Hybrid work arrangement | CHRIS21, SAP and Advanced Excel experience desirable
n
- Payroll Consultant ($50 - $55 per hour plus Super for a 4-month assignment | City Fringe | 0.8 to FT | On site, flexible | knowledge of SCHADS award desirable
n
- Payroll Officer | $85k + Super | Adelaide CBD | 0.9 to FT | CHRIS21 and ability to work in a fast‐paced corporate environment with development opportunities
n
- Senior Payroll Officer | $85k - $95k plus Super | Adelaide CBD | 0.8 to FT permanent role | Hybrid position | Employment Hero or other Payroll Systems with medium to large sized complex organizations
n
- Payroll Specialist | $50 - $55 per hour plus Super | City | Full‐time on a 3-month contract with view to continuity | Hybrid work arrangement |
n
- Senior Payroll Officer | $55 - $60 per hour plus Super | City Fringe | 6‐month fixed term or temp | CHRIS21 | onsite, flexible |

About these roles

Work with high‐profile organizations, permanent or casual opportunities which may convert to longer term.

n

Project payroll positions and BAU payroll positions.

n

Weekly,



fortnightly and monthly pay cycles.

n

Provide assistance in interpretation of Australian Fair Work Act, Contemporary Awards and regulations.

n

Ensure that employee payroll is processed accurately and timely.

n

Provide proactive customer service in managing enquiries.

n

Collaborate with project team in various payroll initiatives.

About your profile

n

The successful candidate is an up‐and‐coming payroll professional who sets high standards at work. You are a genuine team player who thrives in a fast‐paced work environment and has a great level of attention to detail and tenacity to meet payroll deadlines.

n

Ideally, you are confident in your payroll knowledge, a strong, confident communicator and has a passion for the payroll industry.
