Machine Learning Platform (for build, train and deploy ML models): AWS SageMaker for Model hosting. Hugging Face is good to have.

- Demonstrated ability to deliver Gen AI solutions, into an enterprise scale production environments, with a focus on application security and observability.
n
- Experience building and deploying enterprise grade agent-based architectures and multi-agent orchestration.
n
- Robust programming skills in Python, and experience with full-stack development, ensuring quality with automated unit and regression testing.
n
- Considerable hands-on experience with the following AI "tech stack".
n
- AWS Cloud
n
- EKS / ECS
n
- Bedrock
n
- Semantic Kernel
n
- LangChain
n
- LangGraph
n
- SageMaker




n
- Deep understanding of foundational AI models, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques.
n
- Experience deploying Generative AI solutions using enterprise-grade DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
n
- Exposure to AI governance, compliance, and ethical AI frameworks, and the development and implementation of security guardrails.
n
- Experience delivering software solutions in a banking setting.
n
- Experience in fraud detection, customer personalisation, or conversational AI is a plus.
n
- Robust communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
