We're looking for a bold, commercially sharp operations leader to lead the turnaround, integration and performance of our Food Service & Convenience network — including Superior Food Group, Campbells and related entities.

About the Chance

n

You'll lead a national network of approx. 35 sites and 2,000 team members, driving branch-level P&L;, operational discipline, customer experience and transformation as the business moves into a more unified Metcash operating model.

- Lead multi-site operational performance across the FS&C; network
n
- Drive profitability, accountability and consistent operating rhythms
n
- Integrate teams, processes and ways of working post-acquisition
n
- Lift safety, compliance, productivity and customer outcomes
n




- Partner across sales, supply chain and functions to deliver results
