The Opportunity

n

You'll join ourGregory Hillsteam, managing a strong portfolio of key accounts while hunting out new opportunities to drive business growth across the South West of Sydney area.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

- Managing key accounts with full operational support
n
- Building strong partnerships with clients to deliver tailored recruitment solutions
n
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
n




- Conducting regular site visits and candidate interactions to strengthen relationships
n
- Managing early-morning Start-Ups at client sites (6am starts required)
n
- Promoting a culture of safety through inductions and toolbox talks
n
- Supporting the Operations Team with daily rosters and database management
n

What We're Looking For

- Proven recruitment industry experience
n
- A strong record in both client service and business development
n
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
n
- Passion for the labour hire and industrial sectors
n
- Natural leadership skills and a proactive approach
n
- The flexibility to manage client requirements through peak period and changes
