This role is part of JD.com's strategic talent supply‐chain pipeline, focusing on frontline operations and quality control in warehouse environments.

Job Responsibilities

- Monitor and inspect incoming goods, verifying compliance with quality standards, specifications, and documentation (e.g., invoices, purchase orders) to ensure accuracy in quantity, condition, and labeling.

- Conduct regular audits of warehouse storage areas, checking for proper handling, storage conditions (e.g., temperature, humidity), and adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
n
- Inspect outgoing shipments to confirm product integrity, correct packaging, and accurate labeling, minimizing the risk of defects or errors during delivery.
n
- Develop and implement quality control checklists and procedures to standardize inspection processes across receiving, storage, and shipping operations.
n
- Track and analyze quality‐related data (e.g., defect rates, non‐conformities, customer complaints) to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
n
- Collaborate with warehouse teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.

- Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and corrective measures, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
n
- Train warehouse staff on quality control procedures, emphasizing the importance of accuracy and adherence to standards in daily operations.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, quality management, or a related field.
n
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards) and warehouse safety regulations.
n
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects, discrepancies, or non‐conformities in products and processes.
n
- Strong analytical skills to interpret quality data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
n
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to collaborate with warehouse teams, suppliers, and cross‐functional departments.
n
- Ability to work in a quick‐paced environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing operational needs.
n
- Chinese and English language skills are a plus.
