You'll be responsible for ensuring delivery across a complex environment, managing stakeholders, and translating business needs into real, measurable outcomes. This role requires a hands‐on leader who thrives in fast‐paced programs and can confidently guide technical and vendor teams through every phase of migration.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Leading the end‐to‐end migration from Ascender on‐premises systems to cloud platforms.
n
- Coordinating with vendors, development teams, and infrastructure specialists to ensure smooth delivery.
n
- Embedding best‐practice delivery methods, balancing agile principles with structured governance.
n
- Managing stakeholders across business and technical functions, ensuring requirements are understood and translated into practical solutions.
n
- Proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and change impacts, and managing them effectively.
n
- Driving accountability and creating a culture focused on delivery and results.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience managing Ascender cloud migration projects or similar enterprise applications.
n
- Solid background in cloud technologies and on‐prem to cloud transformation.
n
- Ability to re‐plot integrations and processes.
n
- Track record of delivering projects in complex organisational environments.
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to bridge technical delivery and business outcomes.

- Experience working with vendors and third‐party suppliers, managing contracts and delivery.
n
- Robust leadership style that motivates teams and instills confidence.
n
- Solid grasp of agile and DevOps practices to support iterative, high‐quality delivery.
