About the Role:

Our client is a leading property owner who are seeking a Facilities Manager to look over a shopping centre in either the Eastern Suburbs or North Sydney. The role would someone who has a solid shopping centre background across Hard & soft service Facilities Management.

Responsibilities:

- Support the Facilities Management function in the day-to-day operations of a Retail Shopping Centre.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and service contractors across all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire, lifts).
- Assist in managing tenant relationships and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Ensure compliance with WHS standards, building regulations, and sustainability initiatives
- Support with budgeting, reporting, and procurement processes.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in a Shopping Centre Facilities Management role.
- Strong technical understanding of building operations and essential services
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
