- Fresh food retail knowledge

- Experience in Service Deli

- Expertise in supervising staff would be advantageous

- An understanding of ordering, cost control and gross profit

- Accurate staff rostering will be an advantage

- Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach
