YOUR ROLE
n
Permanent Position (Full Time)
n
Competitive rate + overtime
n
Immediate start
n
Responsibilities include:
n
n
- Loading and assist delivery of products to customer sites primarily in Sydney Metro Areas
n
- Manually load and unload products from the delivery truck with assistance from Factory Hand as required
n
- Assist our Craftsmen in the assembly of our doors and windows
n
- Securing the loads to the delivery truck
n
- Goods delivered in a secure, timely and organised manner
n
- Operate different types of hand and power tools (nail guns, mitre saws, etc)
n
- Perform general factory duties including occasional assistance with deliveries
n
- Assistthe Wood Machinist and Joiners
n
- Engaging with clients,representing company in a professionalmanner
n
- Ensure delivery paperwork is signed by the customer and process it upon return
n
- Maintaining a safe work environment and demonstrate safe driving behaviours on the road
n
- Company truck is to be keep well maintained
n
n
Selection criteria for this position:
n
n
- Physically fit
n
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar role
n
- Driving knowledge of the Sydney metro area
n
- Experienced in safe load handling and moving
n
- Previous experience in a factory/manufacturing environment (in the timber industry an advantage)
n
- Forklift licence is an advantage
n
