What You'll Do

n

n
- Provide 1-on-1 telehealth/or onsite mental health support for Intellect's clients
n
- Address a range of clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and more
n
- Deliver CISP (Critical Incident Stress Programme) virtually or onsite as needed
n




- Facilitate webinars and in‐person seminars (optional)
n
- Partner with our internal clinical team to improve the platform and client programs
n

Requirements

n

Qualifications

n

n
- Master's degree in Counseling, Counseling Psychology or Clinical Psychology
n

n

Skilled Registration

n

n
- Counsellors: active membership/registration with ACA or PACFA
n
- Clinical Psychologists: general registration with AHPRA
n

n

Expertise & Skills

n

n
- Skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT) and CISP (Critical Incident Stress Program)
n
- A minimum of 300 clinical hours post‐master's degree
n
- Experience with trauma-related cases in psychiatric hospitals, mental health clinics, or similar settings
n
- Preferred prior experience with EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles
n
- Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary, is a plus
n
