What You'll Do - Scheduling Coordinator (Permanent, Full-Time)

As our Scheduling Coordinator, you'll play a key role in connecting the right support workers with the right providers, ensuring quality care and meaningful relationships.
n
You'll be the go-to person for matching provider requests with available talent, while also keeping an eye on areas with low workforce coverage and proactively recruiting to fill those gaps.
n

- Matching & Rostering: Use established processes to connect the right support workers with provider requests, ensuring every match is based on both skill and compatibility.
n
- Relationship Building: Act as the primary point of contact for support workers, fostering trust and long-term engagement through regular, empathetic communication.
n
- Proactive Sourcing: Identify areas with low workforce coverage and use strategic recruitment approaches to find and attract the right talent.
n
- Collaborative Triage: Partner closely with Account Managers to understand the urgency of provider needs and deliver timely solutions.
n
- Creative Problem Solving: Think outside the box to overcome scheduling hurdles and sourcing challenges in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Onboarding Support: Guide new support workers through the onboarding journey,
ensuring they are fully prepared to deliver high-quality care.
n

Your Background
n
n
- Recruitment / Rostering: Experience in sourcing the right talent for specific roles while managing complex schedules and matching availability with demand under pressure.
n
- Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with the NDIS or Aged Care sector is highly regarded.
n
- Communication: Experience building rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders and maintaining strong professional relationships.
n
- Self-Management: Experience working as a detail-oriented self-starter who can manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
n
- Initiative: Experience developing creative strategies to solve logistical gaps and improve service delivery.
n
