Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced SAPBasis & BTP Architect to lead the design, implementation, standardization,automation, and governance of SAP landscapes across SAP RISE and SAP BTPenvironments. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP Basisadministration, SAP BTP platform services, cloud architecture, security,automation, and SAP Cloud ALM.

The role requires a strategic thinker whocan define architecture standards, drive platform modernization initiatives,improve operational efficiency, and provide technical leadership acrossenterprise SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and govern SAP BTP platform architecture across multiplelandscapes.

- Establish standardized and repeatable provisioning processesfor SAP BTP environments.

- Define enterprise-wide BTP governance, security, andoperational standards.

- Guide adoption of SAP BTP services aligned with SAP Clean Coreprinciples.

Terraform & InfrastructureAutomation

- Design, implement, and maintain Terraform-based infrastructurefor SAP BTP.

- Develop reusable IaC (Infrastructure as Code) components anddeployment frameworks.





- Ensure landscape consistency across Development, Test, QA, andProduction environments.

- Reduce configuration drift, manual effort, and deployment risksthrough automation.

Identity & Security Architecture

- Lead SAP BTP Trust Configuration initiatives.

- Drive migration from SAML-based authentication to OpenIDConnect (OIDC).

- Establish secure identity federation frameworks.

- Develop standards for authentication, authorization, and accessmanagement.

SAP BTP Credential Management

- Architect and implement SAP BTP Credential Store solutions.

- Define lifecycle management processes for secrets, servicekeys, certificates, and credentials.

- Implement automated key rotation and renewal mechanisms.

- Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards.

- Lead implementation and optimization of SAP Cloud ALM modulesincluding:

- Implementation

- Establish operational monitoring and governance processes.

- Support SAP RISE landscape management and ongoing serviceoperations.

- Identify automation opportunities across SAP platformoperations.
