Job Description of Principal Solution Architect in Sydney:

Responsibilities

n

- Building end-to-end solution architecture for Telco & Enterprise modernization projects incorporating solutions on RAN, Core, Orchestration, OSS, BSS, Cloud, and other telecommunications system components.
n
- Engage and establish an advisory relationship with Customer CxOs for transformation and modernization initiatives by delivering compelling solution design and presentation.
n
- Anchor key accounts as a E2E Solution Architect to identify opportunity origination both for business and product development.
n
- Accountable for supporting the complete implementation cycle from incubation to collaborating and leading effort across cross functional business units to successful closure.
n
- Work with a large partner ecosystem and internal business units to define a suite of third-party solutions.
n
- Building repeatable assets as Solution / Service kits for cutting edge solutions to support sales / business development teams and solutions teams.
n




- Leading new and creative technical & best practices strategy based on extensive market research and telecommunications ecosystem evolution to create new sales avenues and value propositions for customer.
n
- Educate prospects and customers on transformation/modernization offerings and work with them to develop a successful strategy for their organization.
n
- Drive and contribute with research topics in different standards forums like ORAN, TIP, TMF, Nephio

Requirements

Architecture and Product Development

n

n
- 10+ years of demonstrated implementation level expertise in design, development, and delivery of Telco modernization projects with a product mindset.
n
- 8+ years of telecommunication architecture experience across RAN, Core, Cloud, OSS, customer digital experience to manage and design solutions at scale. Proficient in integrations design, microservices design, and cloud infrastructure architecture.
n
- 5+ years of experience on cloud native technologies like Kubernetes, CICD, Helm Charts, Terraform and other CNF landscape solutions
n
- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of telecom industry frameworks: ETSI/NFV, 3GPP, NGMN, TMF, ONAP, O-RAN/TIP, and others
n
- Extensive knowledge of Public, Private and Hybrid Cloud
