Planning & Environment lawyer (Associate/SA)

Our Brisbane Planning & Environment team are seeking an additional lawyer with 3‐7 years post‐admission experience (PAE) to join the team.

n

About the role

n

We are looking for a Brisbane‐based lawyer with 3‐7 years of post‐admission experience in planning and setting. Alongside senior partners you will play a key role in the team and receive excellent mentoring.

n

Key responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Developing development strategy work
n
- Working on infrastructure, environmental and cultural heritage projects
n
- Handling statutory planning tasks
n
- Representing clients in planning and environment court work
n

n

About you

n

n
- Genuine passion for planning and environment law and willingness to take on new challenges
n




- Experience in a well‐regarded planning and environment team (private practice or government) with exposure to planning and/or environmental matters
n
- Interest in court work if not yet experienced
n
- Self‐motivated, efficient, with integrity, collaboration and a strong drive for excellence
n
