n Your New Role
n This is an exciting two year max-term contract opportunity for an experienced Change Manager to join the Enterprise Group Change team. Reporting to the Group Change Lead, the Change Manager is responsible for delivering change management expertise in support of the Fund's project portfolio.
n This is an exciting two year max-term contract opportunity for an experienced Change Manager to join the Enterprise Group Change team. The Change Manager will play a key role in facilitating and driving change transition, activities (ie change analysis, engagement, communications, learning, adoption tracking) for change initiatives, ensuring projects realise their expected benefits. The Change Manager will also play a key role in ensuring that project delivery is aligned with, and reinforces, the Fund's culture and values.
n This role will involve liaising at all levels across the Fund to analyse and effectively develop, deliver and embed change management solutions in line with the Fund's business objectives.
n This role will also contribute to the continuous development of the Enterprise Change function, associated approaches, practices tools and a broader organisational change capability uplift.

What You'll Need

n

n
- Deep knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
n
- Risk transformation program experience highly regarded
n
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
n




- Experience with business transformation, process re-engineering and/or system implementations
n
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
n
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organisation
n
