Vietnamese-Speaking Sales Representative – Nail Salon POS

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Vietnamese-speaking Sales Representative to join our growing team and introduce our Point-of-Sale (POS) system to nail salons across Sydney.

Your main focus will be building relationships with Vietnamese-speaking nail salon owners, understanding their business needs, demonstrating our POS system, and helping salons make the switch to a simpler and more efficient way of managing their business.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident, outgoing, persuasive, and enjoys meeting business owners.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach nail salons across Sydney
- Build strong relationships with salon owners and managers
- Introduce and demonstrate our POS system
- Explain the benefits and features of the system in a simple, easy-to-understand way
- Generate new leads through in-person visits, phone calls, referrals and networking
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into new accounts
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing salon customers
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Keep accurate records of leads, appointments and sales
- Provide feedback to management about customer needs and market trends

What We're Looking For
- Fluent Vietnamese and English communication skills
- Previous sales,



business development or customer service experience is preferred
- Experience working with or selling to nail salons, beauty salons or small businesses is highly desirable
- Confident approaching and speaking with business owners
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
- Professional, friendly and well-presented
- A current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle is an advantage
