The Opportunity This is a hands-on, field-based sales role where you'll learn to build customer relationships, develop new business opportunities and support our dealer network across Perth and Western Australia.

Working closely with our experienced sales team, you'll receive the training and support needed to build your product knowledge and sales capability. As your skills and confidence grow, you'll take greater ownership of customer relationships and sales opportunities across the territory.

This is not a desk-based role – you'll spend a significant amount of time out in the market visiting customers, dealers and trade partners.

What You’ll Do

- Build relationships with new and existing dealers and trade customers
- Conduct regular face-to-face customer and dealer visits across the territory




- Identify and follow up new business opportunities
- Learn Madimack's product range and support product demonstrations and dealer training
- Assist with onboarding recent dealer accounts and reactivating existing customers
- Maintain accurate customer and sales activity in the company's CRM
- Develop your sales and territory management skills while working towards agreed sales targets

About You Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, trade or another customer-facing role would be an advantage, but we're also open to candidates looking to start and develop their career in sales.

Whether you're a recent graduate or have some early sales or customer-facing experience, we're looking for someone who is motivated, eager to learn and interested in building a long-term career in sales.

- Confident in communicating and building relationships face-to-face
- Proactive, positive and willing to learn
- Organised and comfortable managing your time in a field-based role
- Willing to learn technical product knowledge
- Comfortable travelling regularly across the territory

Experience in the pool or trade industry would be beneficial but is not required. If you're motivated, eager to learn and ready to build a career in sales, we'd love to hear from you.
