We're Hiring: Salesforce Developer (PSS)

VAT Talent is partnering with a growing client to find an experienced Salesforce Developer with hands-on Public Sector Solutions (PSS) experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-impact Salesforce implementations within the public sector space, with the flexibility of remote work or a base in Melbourne or Sydney.

About the Role

As a Salesforce Developer, you'll design, build, and optimize Salesforce solutions leveraging the Public Sector Solutions (PSS) platform, working closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and citizen-focused digital services.

What You'll Be Doing

- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow
- Implement and configure Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) modules
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and project teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and platforms
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
- Ensure solutions align with public sector compliance and security standards
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting,



and enhancements to existing Salesforce environments

About You

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, ideally within government or public sector projects
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS)
- Strong skills in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or similar)
- Salesforce certifications highly regarded (Platform Developer I/II, PSS-related certifications)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Australian citizenship or relevant work rights (government/public sector clearance may be required)
