We are looking for a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Technical Architect to design and deliver scalable technology solutions for clients. The role involves working closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to define requirements, lead solution design, mentor technical teams, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business and industry best practices.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients, Delivery Managers, Functional Solution Architects, and partners to define and architect technology solutions.
- Lead discovery and definition workshops, gather and analyze requirements, define scope, estimate development efforts, and document technical designs.
- Design transformational, scalable solutions aligned with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Lead and mentor technical resources across client and partner teams.
- Promote best-practice development methodologies to ensure quality enterprise solution delivery.
- Provide hands-on technical support, including POCs and complex coding tasks, when required.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Support teams to maximize customer value from Salesforce solutions.
- Identify and lead internal initiatives that support consulting practice growth, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience developing technology solutions.
- 3+ years of experience managing client-facing projects or technology consulting engagements.
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, solution architecture, and best-practice design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and expert problem-solving skills.
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud technical certification preferred.
- Proven experience leading teams through complex problem analysis, solution design, and implementation.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Strong interest in emerging technologies and continuous innovation.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required, typically 30–50%.
