This is an organisation with genuine scale and a long-term mandate, not a rapid-and-loose scale-up, so expect mature governance, a security-conscious environment, and a Salesforce platform that's core to how they serve members rather than a side project. They're continuing to invest in their CRM capability and are bringing in senior technical talent to help shape how the platform evolves.

About the role

You'll be hands-on across the Salesforce multi-cloud stack, building custom solutions in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows and Triggers, and working closely with Solution Engineers to translate business requirements into technical design. The work spans Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud, with a strong integration component via REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft and event-driven architectures, so you'll need to be comfortable thinking beyond the platform boundary.



Expect a genuine mix of configuration and code, a security model that needs to be taken seriously given the regulated environment, and involvement in CI/CD and DevOps practices using Git, Salesforce DX and Azure DevOps.

You'll work in an Agile team, mentor more junior developers, and have a real say in advising configuration over code where it makes sense rather than defaulting to custom builds.

What we're looking for

- 5-10 years' Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments
- Strong hands-on Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, APIs and Platform Events
- Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud
- Proven integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft and microservices
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security, IAM and secure coding practices
- Comfortable with CI/CD, Git, Salesforce DX, Azure DevOps and automated testing
- Experience in regulated industries (financial services, insurance, healthcare, government) highly regarded
- Salesforce certifications (PDI/PDII, Admin, App Builder, Sharing & Visibility Architect) a strong plus
