Role Description

We are looking for a Senior SAP ABAP Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in S/4HANA development and delivery. The role requires active involvement in technical design, development, and optimization, working closely with functional and integration teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.

Location: Sydney, NSW

Salary: 108,571 – 119,893 Annual Gross

Roles And Responsibilities

- SAP ABAP Development
- Strong experience in ABAP Objects (OOABAP).
- Extensive experience with Reports, Enhancements, BADIs, User Exits, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, Interfaces, IDOCs, RFCs, and BAPIs.
- Experience with S/4HANA custom development and code remediation.
- OData Services
- Strong experience developing and enhancing SAP Gateway OData Services.
- Experience exposing backend services for SAP Fiori/UI5 applications.
- CDS Views
- Hands-on experience designing and developing CDS Views.
- Knowledge of annotations, associations, aggregations, and analytical modeling.
- Experience in performance optimization of CDS-based applications.

Technical Expertise Requirements

- 8-10+ years of total IT experience
- SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) Development.
- ABAP Cloud.
- RAP (RESTful Application Programming Model).
- CAPM (Cloud Application Programming Model).
- SAP Build Process Automation.
- SAP Fiori/UI5 development.
- Experience with Clean Core and side-by-side extensibility concepts.
- Exposure to cloud-native application development using SAP BTP services.

Essential

- Exposure to SAP Fiori/UI5 and embedded analytics
- Knowledge of SAP BTP / RAP model
- Experience with CPI / PI / PO integrations
- Basic understanding of SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, etc.)
- Experience in transport management and release processes

Additional

- Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills
- Ability to work in onsite-offshore delivery models
- Proactive attitude with ownership and accountability




- Ability to deliver in fast-paced S/4HANA transformation programs
