SAP BASIS Administrator

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP BASIS Administrator to join our Platform Support team. You will be responsible for maintaining the stability, security, performance, and availability of a complex SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide BASIS support for SAP ECC, CRM, NetWeaver Gateway, SAP Java, SAP BTP, SAP HCM and SAP ECP.
- Manage SAP Transport Management System (TMS) across Dev, QA and Production.
- Monitor SAP systems and troubleshoot jobs, dumps, RFC errors, login issues and performance problems.
- Perform system refreshes, kernel upgrades, patching and SAP Notes implementation.
- Manage RFC destinations, web services, SSL, SAML/SSO and SAP certificates.
- Support SAP data and document archiving.
- Manage incidents, service requests and changes while meeting SLA requirements.
- Work with SAP Support, infrastructure, network, security,



application and AMS teams.
- Maintain technical documentation and support audit requirements.

Requirements

- 8+ years of SAP BASIS experience.
- Robust hands-on experience with SAP ECC and SAP BASIS administration .
- Experience with TMS, system refreshes, upgrades, patching and kernel upgrades .
- Strong troubleshooting skills across SAP jobs, dumps, RFCs and performance issues.
- Experience with SAP CRM, NetWeaver Gateway, SAP Java, SAP HCM/ECP or SAP BTP .
- Knowledge of SSL, SAML, SSO and SAP certificates .
- Experience working with ITSM tools and enterprise production environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- SAP BASIS certification is desirable.
- Experience in a large corporate or retail environment is highly desirable.
