Responsible for the delivery of Managed Services to NRI clients, including the design, implementation, maintenance, support, and continuous improvement of SAP PM/MM solutions within SAP ECC6 environments.

The Senior Functional

Consultant provides functional expertise across maintenance and materials management processes, ensuring effective support of client business operations and achievement of service delivery outcomes.

The role may also provide leadership and mentoring to Functional Consultants and act as a subject matter expert within client engagements

What You'll Do

- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Materials Management (MM) solutions, including maintenance, asset management, procurement, inventory management, and related business processes.
- Lead discussions and workshops with key stakeholders to understand business requirements, maintenance and procurement processes, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and SAP PM/MM solutions effectively to both business and technical stakeholders.
- Design, configure, implement, and support SAP PM/MM solutions using approved delivery and support methodologies.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design workshops, and system demonstrations to ensure business needs are effectively translated into SAP solutions.




- Develop functional specifications, configure solutions, and support testing, deployment, and release activities for enhancements and production changes.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex PM/MM support issues, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service levels.

What we're looking for

- 7+ years SAP ECC6 functional consulting experience, with at least 5 years in SAP PM/MM support roles.
- Strong SAP PM expertise, including Equipment, Functional Locations, Notifications, Maintenance Orders, and Preventive Maintenance.
- Strong SAP MM expertise, including Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Goods Movements, and Material Master Data.
- Proven experience supporting and configuring SAP ECC6 PM/MM solutions in an Application Managed Services (AMS) environment.
- Strong understanding of PM/MM integration with SAP FI/CO, PS, and other ECC6 modules.
- Experience working within an ITIL-based support framework, managing Incidents, Service Requests, Problems, and Changes.
- Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve complex production support issues.
- Experience delivering functional enhancements, including requirements analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, and deployment support.
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in a customer-focused support environment.
