About the role

We are seeking experienced and reliable Scaffold/Formwork Labourers to join the team at TNG Access on a casual basis. This role is based in Adelaide CBD and CBD fringe and offers ongoing casual work. As a Scaffold/Formwork Labourer, you will play a crucial role in supporting construction and building projects by assembling, maintaining, and dismantling scaffolding and formwork systems that are essential to safe and efficient site operations.

Key responsibilities

- Erecting and dismantling scaffolding and formwork structures according to site specifications and safety requirements
- Inspecting scaffolding and formwork for structural integrity and safety compliance on a regular basis
- Transporting and positioning materials, equipment, and components required for scaffolding installation
- Following all site safety protocols, working at height procedures, and relevant legislative requirements
- Collaborating with other tradespeople and site teams to ensure efficient project progression
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area to minimise hazards and ensure workplace safety
- Reporting any defects, damage, or safety concerns to site supervisors immediately
- Assisting with general labouring duties as required on construction sites

What we're looking for

- Proven experience working as a Scaffold/Formwork Labourer or in related building trades roles
- Strong understanding of scaffolding and formwork assembly, installation, and safety procedures
- Current competency in working at heights, including certification where required by legislation
- Ability to read and interpret scaffolding plans, drawings, and specifications
- Physical fitness and capability to perform manual labour and work at height safely




- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high safety standards
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to manage flexible, casual work schedules
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel to various construction sites
- Relevant certifications such as Working at Heights or First Aid training are highly desirable
