Warrikal are seeking experienced Scaffolders to join our growing Southwest operations based in Collie, WA. As we continue expanding our Southwest operations, we’re looking for motivated Scaffolders who want more than just another shutdown role — we want people looking to build a future.

The Role Working across refinery maintenance, shutdowns, and project work, you’ll be part of a high-performing team delivering structural, mechanical, and piping (SMP) solutions in a safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Erect, modify and dismantle scaffolding structures
- Check levels in scaffolding structures
- Collaborate, manage or guide scaffolding teams to safely deliver quality work
- Work with various teams to ensure scaffolds meet access and safety needs
- Inspect and maintain scaffolds to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Modify existing scaffold setups in line with changes to work scope or project needs




- Read and interpret scaffold plans or drawings to build to specification
- Complete pre-start checks and participate in toolbox meetings
- Adhere to site-specific safety procedures and uphold values

About You

- Full Australian Working Rights
- Construction White Card
- Relevant Australian recognised trade qualification
- Current Drivers Licence (C-Class)
- Advanced / Intermediate / Basic Scaffolder High Risk Work Licence (HRWL)
- Advanced / Intermediate / Basic Scaffolding Verification of Competency (VOC)
- Working at Heights Certificate (valid)
- Enter and Work in Confined Space Certificate (valid)
- Fire Extinguisher Training
- Attention to detail, accuracy and safety
- Willingness to learn new techniques, tools, and methods to expand your skillset
- Positive attitude and a commitment to excellence
