Sunshine Coast | Full-Time | $75,000–$85,000 + Super We are recruiting for a well-established and growing business on the Sunshine Coast looking for an experienced Scheduling Coordinator to join their busy team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organised, confident with customers and enjoys coordinating tradespeople and keeping a busy schedule running smoothly.
The Role
- Coordinate and schedule our clients daily jobs
- Handle incoming calls, emails and customer enquiries
- Book jobs and keep customers updated
- Prepare and follow up quotes
- Order materials and liaise with suppliers
- Track jobs from booking through to completion
- Assist with invoicing and general accounts administration
- Manage changing schedules and priorities throughout the day
About You
- Previous service coordination,
scheduling or trades administration experience
- Experience with Scheduling
- Experience with Scheduling software
- Xero experience highly regarded
- Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities
