You'll join a supportive, customer-centric team managing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties—predominantly across Melbourne's western suburbs.

Requirements
n
n
- Minimum 1 year experience in Property Management
n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- Excellent communication and client-relationship skills
n
- 'Can-do' attitude with a proactive, service-first approach
n
- Victorian driver's licence and reliable car
n
- Administrative experience and ability to prepare clear, detailed reports
n
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Manage leasing, maintenance and arrears across the portfolio
n
- Conduct open inspections, condition reports,
entries/exits and routine inspections
n
- Prepare and execute listing presentations and marketing campaigns
n
- Maintain client databases and prospect for new managements
n
- Liaise with landlords, tenants and trades efficiently and professionally
n
- Utilise Property Tree, MyDesktop and RP Data
n
- Prepare reports and documentation accurately and on time
n
n
