Junior Graphic DesignerKew, Melbourne | Hybrid WorkingWe're on the lookout for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our talented Marketing team. Working closely with our Graphic Design Lead and a cooperative team of designers, you'll help create engaging digital and print assets across our Apparel portfolio for BONDS. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your creative career while working on nationally recognised brands.

What you'll be doing

n

Design engaging digital and print assets across a variety of channels, including social media, websites, EDMs, retail campaigns, packaging and in-store communications. Support the creative process from concept development through to final artwork and production. Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Product and Visual Merchandising teams to deliver high-quality creative campaigns.

Produce artwork that aligns with brand guidelines while ensuring consistency across multiple brands and touchpoints. Prepare artwork for print and digital delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Create a range of creative assets including presentations, campaign collateral and internal communications.

Contribute ideas, solve creative challenges and stay up to date with design trends and best practice.

About you

n

A qualification in Graphic Design or a related discipline,



with some commercial design experience or a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

n

A strong understanding of design principles across both digital and print channels. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Experience with Figma, After Effects or motion design is advantageous but not essential.
