We're looking for an experienced Room Leader to inspire your team, deliver high-quality educational programs, and create a warm, engaging environment where children aged 6 weeks to 6 years can thrive.

Your Role

n

As our Room Leader, you will:

n

n
- Lead, coach and inspire your team of educators
n
- Deliver engaging, play-based programs aligned with the EYLF
n
- Maintain high standards in line with the NQS and National Regulations
n
- Build positive partnerships with children, families and the wider community
n




- Create a secure, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
n
- Use dedicated programming time to plan, document and reflect on children's learning
n

n

About You

n

You'll bring:

n

n
- An ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)
n
- Previous experience leading a nursery room
n
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
n
- A current Working With Children Check and National Police Check
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
- Robust leadership, communication and organisational skills
n
- A genuine passion for supporting children, families and fellow educators
n
