Image At Katan, located in the beautiful and prestigious suburb of Armadale, is seeking an experienced Senior / Principal Hairdresser to join our talented and close-knit team.

- Excellent permanent hourly rate of $37 – $45 per hour based on your experience and skill level.

- Additional retail and sales commissions with our highest performers earning an extra $200+ per week on top of their wage.

- Opportunity to negotiate your rate if you have an established client base within Melbourne's South-Eastern suburbs.

- Flexible employment options available – Full-time, Part-time or Casual.

- Flexibility around your working days (Tuesday and Saturday availability essential).

About The Role

You will be joining a passionate team of experienced hair professionals who genuinely love what they do. Working alongside four other Senior Hairdressers, including salon owner John, and a supportive team of Salon Assistants, you will enjoy a collaborative environment where everyone works together to deliver exceptional client experiences. We believe great hairdressers never stop learning, which is why we place a strong focus on ongoing education, career development and keeping our team inspired with the latest techniques, trends and industry knowledge – all within paid working hours.
