Our client is a well-established national residential builder known for delivering quality homes and maintaining strong systems across their construction teams. With a consistent pipeline of work and continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team in North Brisbane.

The Role
n
You will be responsible for managing approximately 20 investment homes at various stages of construction, ensuring builds are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You will also benefit from strong internal support,
working alongside experienced construction leadership and a dedicated team of production and sales estimators.

- Manage approximately 20 investment homes at various stages of construction.

- Ensure builds delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

- Work with experienced construction leadership and a dedicated team of estimators.

Qualifications
n
n
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Residential Site Supervisor.
n
- QBCC Site Supervisor / Builder's Licence (essential).
n
- Experience delivering low-set and high-set residential homes.
n
- Strong ability to manage trades, schedules, quality, and budgets.
n
- Existing, reliable trade base.
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
