My client in Sydney is looking for a Test Automation Lead. This role will architect and implement a Test Automation Framework from the ground up, define the automation roadmap, and lead the strategy across multiple applications and business processes.

- Architect and implement a Test Automation Framework from the ground up
n
- Define the automation roadmap, standards, governance, and best practices
n
- Lead automation strategy across multiple applications and business processes
n
- Work with UiPath (or other automation tools) — but focus on framework, not tooling
n
- Build, mentor, and scale a capable offshore automation team
n
- Collaborate with stakeholders, BA teams, and engineering leaders to drive quality-first delivery
n
- Provide expert guidance on automation opportunities, efficiencies, and scalability
n

Skills

n

n
- Proven experience establishing test automation frameworks in enterprise environments
n




- Solid background in automation strategy, architecture, and hands‐on implementation
n
- Experience with UiPath or similar automation platforms (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Tosca)
n
- Ability to build and manage offshore delivery teams
n
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
n
- Experience in property/construction industries or with Yardi (nice to have but not essential)
n
