About the role

Due to continued growth, Super Metal Recycling is seeking a reliable and organised Weighbridge Operator to join our busy recycling operation based in Dandenong South.
n
This is a key front-line role responsible for managing weighbridge operations, processing vehicle movements, and assisting with general administration. You will be dealing directly with drivers, customers, and yard staff in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key responsibilities
n
n
- Operate the weighbridge system accurately and efficiently
n
- Process incoming and outgoing vehicle transactions
n
- Issue dockets, invoices, and weighbridge documentation
n
- Enter data into company systems
n
- Coordinate with drivers, transport staff,
and yard operators
n
- Answer phone calls and customer enquiries
n
- Maintain accurate records and paperwork
n
- Support general office administration duties
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
- Previous weighbridge or administration experience (preferred)
n
- Strong computer and data entry skills
n
- High attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Professional communication skills
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
n
- Reliable, punctual, and organised
n
- Experience in transport, logistics, recycling, or industrial industries highly regarded
n
