What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Manage and grow relationships with key clients
n
- Lead a team to deliver projects and performance outcomes
n
- Coordinate day-to-day project and program delivery, including managing lead briefs, forms, and documentation
n
- Present clear, data-backed insights that guide decision-making
n
- Identify commercial opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
n
- Manage budgets, quoting, reconciliation, invoicing and reporting
n
- Collaborate cross-functionally and foster a high-performing team culture
n
- Maintain compliance with internal processes and WHS standards
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- 1-3 years' experience within FMCG - supplier sales, category or marketing experience preferred
n
- Demonstrated knowledge of Grocery channel
n




- Proven experience in client and account management
n
- A strategic, commercial mindset with a flair for problem-solving
n
- Leadership capability - you know how to coach, motivate and elevate a team
n
- Financial and data literacy - you know your way around reports and insights
n
- Confident communication and presentation skills
n
- Curiosity, initiative, and a drive for results
n
- Experience in sales strategy, store or field program management, or compliance/reporting frameworks will get bonus points!
n
