Job Description

We are partnering with a well-established financial services organisation seeking a Project Delivery Analyst to support the delivery of key technology, data, operational improvement and regulatory change initiatives.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their project delivery career who is looking to step into a broader role, gain exposure to senior technology, data and business stakeholders and work closely with an experienced Strategic Programs Office.

n

You'll be involved in coordinating project activity, tracking actions and milestones, preparing project documentation, supporting governance and helping keep delivery structured across a range of business-critical initiatives.

n

About the Role:

n

You'll support the planning, coordination and delivery of projects across the technology and data portfolio, working closely with internal business teams, technical stakeholders and senior leaders.

n

Key Responsibilities Include:

n

n
- Supporting project planning, coordination and delivery activity
n
- Preparing project documentation, status updates and meeting packs
n
- Tracking actions, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions and milestones
n
- Coordinating workshops, meetings and stakeholder follow-ups
n
- Supporting project governance,



portfolio reporting and steering committee materials
n
- An interest in technology, data, business change or project delivery
n
- Helping bring structure, clarity and follow-through across multiple initiatives
n

n

About You:

n

A proactive and organised project professional with strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to bring structure, clarity and momentum to evolving priorities.

n

You'll ideally bring:

n

n
- 1-3 years' experience in project coordination, project management, PMO, business operations or a similar delivery-focused role
n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- Confidence engaging with stakeholders across different levels of the business
n
- Exposure to project documentation, reporting, RAID logs, project plans or governance processes
n
- An interest in technology, data, business change or project delivery
n
- Experience in financial services, insurance or another regulated setting would be highly regarded
n
- This role would suit someone motivated, curious and eager to build a long-term career in project delivery, transformation, technology change or strategic programs
