Must-Haves

- NDIS Worker Check (or willing to get it)
n
- First Aid Cert and CPR (knowing how to slap on a Band-Aid doesn't count)

- Reliable transport (your scooter counts if it has flames painted on it)

- WWCC
n
- Experience working with behaviours of concern
n
- Minimum 2 years industry experience and/or Cert III in any welfare field
n
- A sense of humour, patience, and the ability to work with people who don't always want to be morning people.
