The Role Penleigh and Essendon Grammar School is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Secondary Teacher of Science to join our team and teach across our Middle Schools (boys and girls), Years 7 to 10, at the Keilor East campus. This is a full-time, fixed term replacement position for the 2027 school year, commencing from 25 January 2027 to 10 December 2027.
We are looking for an educator who brings enthusiasm, expertise, and a commitment to excellence in teaching.
The Successful Candidate Will Demonstrate They Are
- an outstanding and inspiring classroom teacher;
- knowledgeable in teaching Science and in current pedagogical thinking, with other teaching methods also considered;
- committed to student care and wellbeing; and
- dedicated to delivering a high-quality programme.
VIT registration, a current criminal record check and eligibility to work in Australia are required for this role. Please see the position description for further details.
The School
