Key Responsibilities

- Lead penetration testing, vulnerability assessments and secure code reviews .
- Identify critical vulnerabilities, attack paths and security risks.
- Provide technical leadership for application security and secure development .
- Promote Shift-Left Security and security automation.
- Translate technical vulnerabilities into clear business risks and remediation actions.
- Mentor security team members and maintain high-quality security assessment standards.

Essential Skills
- 8+ years of Security Testing experience .
- Solid Penetration Testing and Vulnerability Assessment experience.
- Strong Application Security & Secure Code Review skills.




- Experience with SAST, SCA and vulnerability scanning tools .
- Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD security and security automation .
- Strong understanding of authentication, authorisation, threat modelling, logging and monitoring .
- Strong stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills.
- OSCE/OSWE/CREST-level capability or equivalent.

Desirable
- Software development/engineering background.
- OSCP, OSCE3, OSWE, CREST, SANS, CISSP or CCSP certifications.
- Experience with security architecture, external vendors and exploit development.
