FIRM This represents a rare opportunity with an well established boutique accounting firm based in the central coast region who are experiencing significant growth. This firm is led by a team of friendly, down to earth and approachable Partners. The firm partners with some of the region's largest local businesses.

POSITION
Due to growth, the position of Senior Accountant has been created.
This role will involve the following:
- Managing a high quality client base of SME and HNW clients
- Providing mentoring and leadership to junior staff
- Expert advisory and compliance services
CANDIDATE The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- 5+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
- Extensive experience with complex SME clients
- Experience reviewing the work completed by junior staff
- Strong technical tax knowledge
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to be a team player
