What you'll do
- Build and deploy production-grade AI agents and workflows
- Define AI evaluation, testing, and observability frameworks
- Work directly with Product and Technology leadership
- Solve complex customer problems at enterprise scale
- Influence both technical architecture and product direction
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in software engineering
- Experience delivering AI solutions into production
- Experience with agentic AI, RAG, tool calling, and LLM-based systems
- Strong background in AI evaluation, monitoring, and performance optimisation
- Comfortable working in rapid-moving, high-ownership environments
- Greenfield opportunity with significant technical ownership
- Real enterprise customers and proven market traction
- Opportunity to help define best practices for enterprise AI
